What are your major markets?

Our main markets are Europe, Australia, South Africa, North America and South America.

Do you sell to separate customers or you do wholesale only? Can you send me a price list?

Sorry, our main business is wholesaling, we don't sale directly to end-users. And we regret to inform you that we will not supply any price list since it depends of the quantities you want. However, please let us know the exact items and the quantities and we will quote you the best price.

Do you provide samples? What are the shipping methods for samples?

Yes, We do. But due to numerous sample requests, we are charging for the samples and freight cost. We usually ship the samples by one of the following methods:
·TNT
·FEDEX
·DHL
·UPS
The shipment will take 2-5days, depending on the location of the destination.

Do you accept OEM & ODM orders?

We encourage our customers to use the EVERGREEN brand to receive marketing support from us as well as to utilize the brand's established value. We accept OEM & ODM orders as well on the basis of quantity and price.

Do you have minimum quantity requirement?

Yes, we have different minimum quantities for trial orders and repeating orders. They also depend on the items you want. For details, please contact any of our sales managers.

We need Pre-Shipment Inspection. Can you arrange it?

We have our own inspection system. If you need to inspect the goods in person before shipment, please make arrangements with one of our sales managers.

What are your terms of payment?

Following two payment terms are acceptable:
1. Letter of credit (L/C): Sight irrevocable L/C only.
2. Telegraphic transfer (T/T): No less than a 30% advance payment with the balance to be paid upon presentation of a faxed copy of shipping documents within 10 days after shipment. We have a customer credit evaluation system.

What is your normal delivery lead-time?

We normally accept 30-45 days lead-time in the contract. However, upon customers' request, we always make delivery as early as possible. The delivery lead-time is longer in the peak seasons and shorter through the rest of the year.

Can you help me with the shipping arrangement?

Yes, we can. With a sizeable and growing shipping volume every year, EVERGREEN has established excellent cooperate relations and procedures with some world famous shipping companies that allows EVERGREEN priorities in making the shipping arrangements.

Do you supply spare parts?

For our products, we offer sufficient and timely parts supply.

Do you supply any gifts or promotion items?

Yes, we do. It normally depends on our marketing strategies, the sizes of the market and the contract. Please discuss the details with our knowledgeable sales managers.

What is your agency policy?

We grant exclusivity only to the proven-customers (for at least 3 years) in the end market on certain products of EVERGREEN brand with quantity and term conditions. Only in very special circumstances we grant general exclusivity.

What is your company's main competitive edge?

Our strengths are our after-sales service, R&D experience, quality control systems and the quality of manpower we have.
